This policy is based on the International Labor Organization (ILO) Conventions, the United Nations Global Compact, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, ETI Basic Terms and Conditions and national laws. In this context;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Child Labor:<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Comply with the legal minimum age and not employ workers under the age of 15 (14 in some developing countries) within the scope of Article 138 of the International Labor Organization Convention,<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Protection of young workers over the minimum age from any factors that may harm their social, physical and emotional development and health in the work environment and their education shall not be prevented,<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Discrimination:<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Due to race, nationality, social class, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political relations, in recruitment, payments, participation in educational services, promotion practices, dismissal or retirement, that no one is discriminated against;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Safe and healthy working conditions:<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A safe and healthy working environment will be ensured by taking general information in the field of industry and any special hazards specific to the work.
