It\u2019s about 7% lower in saturated fats than any other oil, and benefits from more mono-unsaturated fats, which have shown to reduce blood cholesterol level.<\/p>\n<h2>Application:<\/h2>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Rapeseed and canola oil are commonly used for pan-frying and deep-frying due to a high smoke point.
